Chop salmon. Place in ziploc bag and used a rolling pin or meat tenderizer to mash meat into a paste.

Place salmon in bowl with rest of ingredients and mix well by hand until everything is well incorporated

Make 2 equally sized patties.

Cook on grill or oven for 20 minutes on 400.
