In a bowl take flour add salt and 1tablespoon oil to it.add water and make soft dough

Now grate paneer and carrot,take onion and fine chop it.take muslin cloth put carrot and onion and squeeze excess water.

In bowl mix carrot,paneer and onion,add salt ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,pav bhaji masala coariander mix well.

Now take small portion of dough and stuff paneer mixture in it and roll out paratha

Put butter(ghee) on pan and on medium to high flame fry it on both the sides.

Serve it with fresh homemade curd, pickle you can serve with mint chutney also,but I like with curd as it gives perfect flavour of paneer.dont forget to add dollop of amul butter.
