First take a bowl and add there grated coconut, sugar, crushed Green Cardamom and cloves just mix it.

Now turn on the gas flame and place a pan add there water, when the water starts boiling then add ghee, sugar and salt and then add semolina just mix it properly. Cook it in medium flame. Now turn off the gas and cover the lid of the Kadhai. Leave it aside for 10 mins.

Now mix the mix and roll the dough on the kitchen platform and make small balls. Now fill stuffing inside the balls (just like we made Stuff Parantha filling).

Now in the meantime set a steamer in the gas by pouring 1 and 1/2 glass of water when it boils. Then set all Manda there (you can use an idli steamer for this also). Just apply some oil to the Mold (grease it) and set all Manda.

Steam it for 15 to 20 mins on medium flame. Then turn off the gas and cool the Manda completely and serve.
