Ingredients

15 Minutes
1-2 Servings
  1. 1x Slice Short Cut Bacon
  2. 2x Eggs
  3. 100 mlPureEgg Whites (or alternative)
  4. 1-2x Slices Light Rye Bread (Abbott's Village Bakery)
  5. 3-4Cherry Tomatoes
  6. Chopped Spring Onion
  7. 20 gColes Tasty Light Cheese (or alternative)

Cooking Instructions

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Bring to bowl 2x Eggs, Pure Egg Whites (100ml) & Tasty Light Cheese
    (20g) and mix together.

    Add other ingredients such as cherry tomato,
    mushroom, spring onion if you wish.

  3. 3

    Transfer into large saucepan and cook
    for 8-10 minutes on low/medium heat. Flip over or fold halfway.

  4. 4

    OPTIONAL** Serve with 1-2 slices of Light Rye Bread (Abbott's Village Bakery) or bread of your choosing
