In a bowl put in your,chicken,sequeeze lemon,spices,seasoning mix true to make a marinade leave it for atleast 2hrs

In a pot put in palm oil, chopped onion,bronnet and cray fish stir and in chopped potato in the mix,add in seasoning and spices and ahalf cup of water in the mix

When the potato is half cook put in your marinade chicken and allow it to cook

Chopped in carrots and Green papper in to desired shape and put in the Mix.Allow to simmer for 2min. Enjoy with a Natural drink
