Turmeric Jollof Rice with chicken wings

Parboil your rice and keep it aside

Blend your tomatoes pepper ginger and garlic keep them aside

Cut your carrot to your desired shape boil the peas and keep them aside

Add little water add seasoning of your choice with spices add turmeric allowed the water to boil

Then add your parboil rice when it almost done you can add your carrot and peas and close it for like 5min

Then its done garnished it with your chicken wings and enoy

In a cooking pot heat your oil Add the blended tomatoes with pepper ginger and garlic
