Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix and sieve all the flours and add ghee, salt and make medium soft dough (please note do not bind the dough all together, make dough of one chapati at a time) see pics

Kneading is a must to create softness, so knead first and then take some dry flour in your hand and between your 2 palm make thick chapati, traditional people they can make big ROTLO with hands only but I used my palms and in the last to give finishing I used rolling board also
- 3
Normally traditionally this chapati roast on charcoal but I used my gas top on nonstick tawa, it’s need high heat first and then law flame

Avocado Chapati (Indian Bread) Avocado Chapati (Indian Bread)
Avocado is known as Butterfruit in India. Simple and quick chapati (roti – round flat bread) recipe enhanced with use of avocados. Avocados are not easily available in India, hence this very heart health ingredient is seldom used in Indian recipes. Avocados are loaded with heart healthy fats, which are good for controlling baad cholesterol. In this recipe mashed avocados are added to the flour during the kneading process. In this manner, rotis get a unique avocado flavor and all the fat from avocado make them super soft. So this is a great way to add avocados to your family’s daily diet without any extra effort.Medium avocados are recommended for this recipe. A medium avocado averages about 5 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly. SaranyaSenthil -
