In a large bowl, add maida, sooji, curd, baking powder, sugar, oil and salt. Mix well.

Add required water and knead to a smooth dough. Apply little oil above it. Cover and rest for 2 hours.

Make small balls out of the dough. Roll it to thin round shape.

In a deep frying pan, add oil. Once oil gets heat, deep fry it on both sides.

Now it's ready to serve. Serve with Chole Masala.
