Corn Kheer Or Corn Payasam is the traditional Indian recipe, which can be prepared with peeled corn and full cream milk. This recipe is slightly different from the regular rice kheer Or Payasam. Let's check out the amazing recipe.

Wash and soak the peeled corn for five to ten minutes.

After that boil the washed peeled corn in a warm water for few seconds.

Give it rest for few seconds and take a bowl to make another milk - corn paste.

Make the corn and full cream milk paste by using little bit of sugar dust with the help of mixer grinder.

Let's go for the next preparation. Heat the pan and stir the kheer paste with the low medium flame.

The corn kheer paste should be stirred in such a way that it thickens very well and therefore it should be stirred very well with occasional boiled full cream milk and cardamom powder and sugar dust as needed.

Look at your amazing Corn Kheer is ready after few minutes. Serve it hot Or in a warm temperature by garnishing to there chopped almonds.
