  • 2 pcs.Spring onion
  • 🟡dipping Sauce
  • 4 tbsp.Sugar
  • 5 tbsp.White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp.Water
  • 1/2 tsp.Salt
  • Cucumber
  • Shallot
  • Long Red chili

    Boil and reduce sauce • then let's sauce cool • roughly chopped cucumber + shallot + long red chili
