Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 2 cupsdesicated coconut
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 8cashews broken
  6. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  7. As neededAlmonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan add 8 broken cashews, fry them stirring often until they turn golden,remove these to a plate and set aside.

  2. 2

    To the same pan add desicated coconut, milk sugar mix all ingredients well,Begin to cook till the coconut ladoo mixture thickens and all the moisture evaporates completely. The mixture must still be moist and not dry.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder and cashews, mix well.Cool the mixture slightly.When it comes down to warm temperature, take small portions of this to your palm and press down with your fingers to bind the mixture. Make ladoo in round shape than roll the ladoo in dry desicated coconut and garnish with almonds.
