It is very mouth watering as well as tasty snack.
Steps

Marinate the kaleji in all the spices and hung curd. Keep it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

In a kadhai heat the oil and put the marinated kaleji into it. Saute well. Cover it with the lid cook for 10 minutes on low flame. When all the slurry dries then open the lid and saute well till it cooks well. Kaleji tikka is ready.

Serve it with green chilli chutney and onion.
