Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup and add water to make 2 cups, microwave until boiling

In a large bowl, add boiling juice to Jello and Knox gelatin

Add cranberry sauce and smoosh; then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well

Pour into desired moulds (fills 2 loaf pans), cover with Saran Wrap to prevent skin forming, and refrigerate until well set

Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries when ready to serve
