Bread Rolls
A perfect hi-tea and iftar idea.
Steps

In a pan add butter,saute chopped onion in it.

Add shredded chicken 1 cup,salt and black pepper,soya sauce, ketchup,garlic powder,chopped green chilli,few leaves of chopped coriander.

Mix well and add and dissolved cornflour to make a smooth filling.

Now take a bread slice,roll in with rolling pin,put filling in between and fold to give desired shape.

Use water to press and seal. Dip in eggs and breadcrumbs and refrigerate for a while.

Shallow fry until golden brown and serve with Ketchup.
