In a cooker add ghee and jeera to it.

Add in chopped onion, tomato and saute.

Add in turmeric,paprika, coriander powder and mix well.

Add in some water and diced potato.

Add in shezwan chuttney(optional).

Add in washed rice and lentils.

Add salt as per taste.

Add in water as required and let cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

Ready to serve hot with pickle, salad, papad or just squeeze lemon all over on top.
