Ingredients

10 mins
2 bowls
  • 1 bowlboiled brown rice
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • few curry leaves
  • pinchasafoetida
  • 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • 1 tsp sambhar powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsppeanuts
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up pan and add ghee.

  2. 2

    Add asafoetida then mustard then curry leaves and saute dal chana.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, green chillies and saute.

  4. 4

    Add all masalas and peanuts and boiled rice.

  5. 5

    Fry nicely and add lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy.
