Wheat flour comprises of around 55% of Carbohydrate. Wheat is a staple food and is very commonly used in making indian bread - Chapati, Roti, Paratha, naan etc. In this recipe we will prepare laccha Paratha which is also called as layered Paratha. Laccha Paratha is very popular in north India specially with dal makhani and paneer gravy sabzi.

Wheat is a staple food and is very commonly used in making indian bread - Chapati, Roti, Paratha, naan etc. In this recipe we will prepare laccha Paratha which is also called as layered Paratha. Laccha Paratha is very popular in north India specially with dal makhani and paneer gravy sabzi.

Firstly, in a big bowl add wheat flour, carom seeds, salt and oil. Now add warm milk and start kneading the dough.

After combining the dough tuck the dough and let it rest for 20 mins.

After 20 mins knead the dough again and make small balls ready for making Parathas.

Now with the help of a rollpin roll a round, thin and circular roti.

Apply oil with the help of a brush on this roti and dust some dry wheat flour.

Now start making pleats as thin as you can. Now seal the ends and start rolling it like we roll a Swiss roll. Give it a round shape and start rolling it again.

Heat a tawa and start roasting Paratha from one side then flip it.

Apply oil and spread it evenly on both sides with the help of spoon
