30 gmsquinoa
50 gmsBoiled and smashed Broccoli
50 gmsgrated carrots
50 gmsgrated beetroot
1 tspginger and green chilli paste
to tasteSalt
As required Oil for shallow fry (deep fry if you want)

Add all the ingredients to the boiled quinoa.

Bind all the ingredients together and make a dough.

Divide it into small portions and shape it as a cutlet or any desired shape (heart).

Pan roast the prepared cutlet till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney.
