Restaurants have been offering warm skillet cookie sundaes and We wanted a way to re create the idea at home without having to buy a bunch of small skillets. These cookies are made in advance, can even be frozen. When ready to serve just heat in the microwave until hot and melty . Top with ice cream for a chewy warm dessert. The cookies are a great chewy cookie on there own

i had leftover twix bars noone was eating and i had gotten a huge 5 lb. can caramel topping for free so heres some cookies! :)

I made these because I love caramel!In Step 5, make sure you mix in the caramel quickly or it will harden!When the cookies are baking, the caramel will melt out, so try to avoid having too much caramel on the sides.
