Ingredients

  • 1 pcbitter melon/bitter gourd/ampalaya, cubes
  • Pork ribs
  • Sauce:ketchup, sugar, vinegar, water
  • Black pepper
  • Egg white
  • Flour
  • Garlic and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat ribs with flour and egg white, then deep fry. Set aside

  2. 2

    Stir fry garlic and onion. Then add in ampalaya. Cook a while then add ribs. Pour the sauce then continue cooking until ampalaya is a bit soft. Sprinkle black pepper before removing then serve
