In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, chickpeas flour, ghee, salt, turmeric, ajwain, said, jeera make a semi hard dough.

Rest the dough for 30 minutes

Make balls of dough.

Boil water in a pot, and add dough balls steam or boil for 20 minutes or the balls will come on up level.

Takeout balls,. Let them cool.

Cut in 4 piece, and shallow fry or deep fry in ghee.

Dal, boil all dal together with salt and turmeric.

Saute onion, garlic, tomatoes, chilli powder, and mix in boil dal.

Add coriander leaves and green chilli.

Serve with bafla bati.
