Deep freez the cashew for at least 6 to 7 hours prior beginning the making

Fist add only 10 to 15 cashew at a time in the smallest jar of mixi and make fine powder by operating mixi in pulsating manner (on - off method)

Similarly make powder of pistachio by pulsating manner

Now in thick bottom pan add sugar and water make one thread chasni and add the cashew powder in it and switch of the flame and spread the mixture to sides of pan for cooling

Once it cool down little bit take it on a clean plastic sheet and knead it with help of sheet (don’t directly touch the dough)

Divide this dough into two parts one bigger and other smaller,take smaller part of dough in plastic sheet add pistachios powder to it and knead so as to mix pistachio

Make a as log of this pistachio dough and make roti of white dough as shown in pic

Roll the white dough over green one to form a big log,apply the silver wark on log and then cut the log in equal size

Kaju pista roll is ready
