  1. 1

    Wash and peel the potatoes as shown

    Cut the potatoes into nice shapes as shown

    Blanch the potaoes for 5 mins, adding a little pepper and mixed herbs plus salt

    Heat oil in a pan and deep p fry till moderately brown

    Sprinkle a little mixed herbs and serve. Yummy😋😋😋
