In a bowl add maida, salt baking powder, mix them well. Cover it and keep it aside.

Take another bowl & add ghee/butter & powdered sugar and whisk it till it becomes light and fluffy. It will take nearly 3 to 5 mins.

Now add the cream (butter+sugar mixture) to the dry ingredients, mix everything well till it forms a dough, donot Knead the dough, just mix them well to form a lump like dough...

Now divide the dough into two equal parts. In 1 part add cocoa powder and mix it well.

Now place the dough between the two plastics and roll out slightly thick. Cut with any cookie-cutter of your choice. Repeat the same process with the second part of dough.

Now place a kadai for pre-heating with the base covered with salt. Place a stand over it, cover the kadai and keep it for pre-heating. 3 mins on high flame & 5 mins on medium flame.

Till it's pre-heating, grease a plate with some oil & place the cookie-cuts over it. Now sprinkle some crinkles over it and press them slightly to set the crinkles over the cookies. Now put tray/plate for baking. Cover the kadai and bake them in a low flame for about 30 mins.

Remove the plate from the flame, let it come to room temperature. Then store them in an airtight container.
