Soak Toor dal, chanadal. Blend red chillies and cumin seeds, add Toor dal, chanadal and coursely blend.
Add rest of the ingredients, add asafoetida, salt, mix it properly.

Make into flat dumpling and deep fry in medium heat till golden colour and crispy.
