Ingredients

  • Fordal:
  • 1 bowlKali ma
  • 1/3Rajma
  • as neededGhee
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2tomato finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2green chili chopped
  • 2 tspginger,garlic paste
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • 2 tspfresh cream
  • For naan:
  • 1 bowlmaida
  • 5 tspwheat flour
  • as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough with maida and wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Take some dough and make a shape of naan, heat tawa and cook it both side.

  3. 3

    Apply butter and serve it.

  4. 4

    Firstly boiled the dal.

  5. 5

    Take a other pan heat ghee add onion,ginger garlic paste, cook it till it's brown, now add tomato cook it well.

  6. 6

    Now add all spices mix it well after 8 min add fresh cream cook again, when reduced the ghee.

  7. 7

    At last add boiled dal add butter.

  8. 8

    Serve with nan.
