Take 1 cup water in a pan and add oil & salt in it.

Boil the water add nanchni flour into it. Switch off the flame. Mix it well and cover.Now keep aside for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes take some water and knead the dough till it becomes soft.

Now make ball size dough dust it with ragi flour& roll it with rolling pin.

Now take nonstic pan heat it for 5 minutes at low flame.

Put the bhakri on it. Cook both sides using wooden spatulla.

Apply some ghee on it serves hot with your fav bhaji.
