First wash beef mince

Add green coriander green chilli ginger garlic in it

Mix well add zeera brown onion yoghurt in it

Grand all ingredients in chopper

When completely chopped take it out

Add gram Masala powder salt chilli flakes lemon juice and basan in it

Now rest it for 4 hours in fredge

Now take sekh stick make the shape of kababs

Fry it in a slow flame turn it again and again till brown and become tender and soft

Now pour coal heat on it

Serve with chutney and ketchup and salad
