Besan ladoo is one of the most popular sweet especially during festive occasions. I love to make it as it is very easy to make and tastes delicious 😋
Steps

Take a heavy kadai and keep on a low heat. Add besan (200 grams) in the kadai.

Begin to dry roast besan on low to medium-low heat.Stir often so that besan gets browned evenly and does not burn.

Besan which has been roasting for 12 mins. You will see the color has changed as compared to what it was in the beginning.

Add ½ cup ghee (125 grams).Mix very well.

Keep on roasting for about a total of 12 to 15 minutes stirring non-stop.

Soon you will see that the mixture will start releasing ghee and will give a nice fragrant aroma.

Remove the kadai from the stove and keep on your kitchen countertop for 2-3 minutes.

After it cools down a little bit then add powdered sugar to it and mix very well.

Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mix again very well.

Then shape into medium-sized ladoo with your palms

Serve Besan ke Laddu. While serving you can garnish with half cut almonds like I have done.
