Sieve maida. Add salt and mix well. Add little little water and Knead soft dough.

Now apply oil on the kneaded dough and make the dough smooth. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes at least.

In between we will prepare the stuffing. For this heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped green chilies and onions.

Now put paneer in it and saute. Season with salt and black pepper. Saute till your desired consistency.

Now for momos take a small ball from the dough and roll it out thin.Put little filling and shape it in whichever shape you like.

Now steam them in a steamer for 10-15 mins. Paneer momos are ready to serve and enjoy. Eat this with your favourite dip, mayonnaise or Chutney.
