Steps

Take a bowl mix maida,cornflour, shallot garlic ginger paste,chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt,water,pepper powder and make thick batter.

Keep the batter for few minutes dip the ring shaped squids in the batter.

Take a pan and heat oil for deep frying the squids.Once the oil is hot put the squids by coating the batter and fry it till golden brown.

Serve hot.
