First grade boiled potato and grade paneer,now add salt,masal and mix it well.

For kofta filling,grade paneer,some almond cutting,Coriander leaf.

Now take milk on bowl,a and add some malai now add koftas on it and salt,turmeric and kasuri methi with and surprise ingredients of paste of crushed almond,kaju and elaichi paste and mix it well.
