Take a bowl mix semolina curd and let it rest for 30min.

After 30 min. add water if required add salt, ginger chilli paste mix well and put batter into steamer plate and let it cook for 10 min.

Now after dhokla is cooked let it cool down then cut into large pieces and then place them on grill tawa, apply some oil and grill from both sides.

Now for sandwitch:- take a piece of dhokla apply cutney on it then put tomato slice, capsicum slice and paneer sprinkle salt, pepper and put another piece of dhokla and place toothpick in the centre.

Enjoy with tomato sauce or chutney.
