Heat oil in a pan medium heat. Add cumin seeds, onion saute till the onion turn translucent. Add garlic, ginger,chilli and tomato and add salt and cook 2 to 3mins. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder,pepper powder and garam masala and cook for 4 to 5mins.make masala and keep aside.

Take a small bowl cut banana leaves in round shape of same size. Grease the bowl with oil insert the leaf in the bowl spread masala to the base and pour whisked egg on it.

Bake it in an idle steamer for 10 mins.

After 10mins demould it and serve. Thank you
