Soak dal rice fenugreek seed and poha for 5 hrs.

Drain out water

Grind it slightly crosley by adding 1 cup cold water.

Cover the batter in keep it in dark place(hot) 7-8 hrs for fermentation.

After this add salt and mix well.

Grease the mould

Pour some batter

Put mozzarella cheese in center.

Again pour some batter and cover the cheese.

Cover the lid and cook for 15 mins

Apply some butter and Sprinkle pizza mix on top

Serve hot with sauce / chutney
