Heat pan and pour some oil.once the oil is hot add the snouf/peeumjeerakam and then add the onion,ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute.

Once the onion becomes rose add the chilli flakes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala etc to it

Add the tomatoes and saute it then add the squid to the masala and mix well.close the lid and cook for about 15 min.

Open the lid and mix well and keep it under low flame to remove excess water and make it a thick masala.add curry leaves and serve hot.
