Ingredients

20-25 minutes
4-5 people
  • 1 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspaniseed (saunf)/fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • To tasteSalt
  • For kadi
  • 2 cupsour curd (beaten)
  • As neededwater
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspaniseed (saunf)
  • 1/2 cupcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2-4dry red chilli
  • 1 tspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGreen coriander leaves(to granish)

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Divide the dough into 6-8 portion and make a cylindrical shape.

  2. 2

    Now rub little oil on your palm.

  3. 3

    Cook it into the cooker and cut the gatta in to small pieces.

  4. 4

    Now take curd, gram flour, and water and also add oil and dry spices for kadi in cooker.

  5. 5

    Mix the curd gram flour and water. Stir and keep it on cooker for 5-10 mins.

  6. 6

    Now add prepared gatta and mix it well for another few mins.

  7. 7

    Serve with garnishing with coriander leaves.
