Soak poha in strainer for ten minutes and chopped all the veggies

In wok heat oil,add karri pata,mustard seeds,once it splutter add hing,half of chopped onion,sauté it

Once onion becomes pinkish in colour add chopped potato cook it for 5 minutes,now add all veggies and add salt and cook for five minutes

Once veggies gets little crunchy add soaked poha,tomato,green chilli,salt and mix it properly and cook it for 5 to seven minutes

Now add spoon of sugar (optional) and lemon juice

Serve it hot garnished with sev bhujia and chopped onion on top
