Knead flour, oil and water and rest it for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan add all chopped veggies saute till half cooked then add sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt mix it well and turn off the flame

Take a small portion of dough roll it and put a tablespoon of mixture, start folding it by making pleats.

Heat steamer and steam it for 15 minutes on high flame.

After 15 minutes take it off from steamer and enjoy it with hot and sweet sauce.
