In a bowl mix maida dahi and ghee & make a batter.

Let it rest for 15mins.

In a kadhai add sugar and water to make syrup.

Add lemon juice and saffron

Take a boil and and switch off the flame

Heat ghee in a flat pan

Add the batter to piping bag or a plastic sauce bottle to make Jalebis

Make Jalebi by using-round round and stop -formula

Fry on medium flame -both the sides
- 10
Immediately put into sugar syrup and serve hot hot Jalebi.
