First boil potato and mashh it

Now add red powder chilli flakes salt gram Masada powder food color in it

Make the shapes of golla kabab with the help of sekh stick

Fry it in a normal flame till cook and brown

Cook 4 sides now ready to serve with raita and chutney

Serve with raita and salad
