This is sindhi cuisine. Usually make for breakfast. Very tasty & easy to make. #tech2 (Deep Fry.)
Steps

Clean & wash moong daal soak for 1/2 an hour.

Then remove water. Now put on a vessel on gas add water (more than daal 2-3 spoon more)

Heat water add soaking daal get boil add termeric & salt get boil till smooth (when 1/2 cook cover vessel for 5 min mix sometimes when it's tottalu smooth switch off gas.

Now put on serving bowl add dry mango powder add red chilli powder garam masala powder

Now in small pan add little oil add cumin seeds (when it tempered) add in daal with spices Daal is ready.

Now take wheat flour add salt add semolina with water kned little hard flour cover 5 min after 5 min add 1 spoon oil on flour mix well

Now make small balls equall size dust in dry flour roll on with rolling pin make equal size puris

Heat on oil in frying pan when it's heat add 1 puri fry with spektula press little all over puri fluffy puri is ready.

Now serve with tempered daal hot fluffy puries. ( you can cook in presser cooker also but in open pan daal tests more.
