Ingredients

  • For chicken marination.
  • 500gm Chicken
  • 1 tbspJeera powder
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Red color optional
  • as neededSalt
  • pinchTurmeric powder
  • For frying oil for deep frying
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • handfullCurry leaves
  • 1 bowlGreen chilli slits

Steps

  1. 1

    First marinate the chicken with the above ingredients under marination and keep for 2 to 3 hrs

  2. 2

    Take oil in kadai and keep on flame

  3. 3

    Tale chicken and put in egg cornflor and maida mix well

  4. 4

    Put in kadai and deep fry

  5. 5

    When the chicken tenders and is fried add curry leaves and green chilli in oil with chicken and take out

  6. 6

    This will give a good aroma of cury leaves

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves.....
