Take a bowl add maida, ajwain, salt, oil and mix it.

Than for stuffing take a non-stick pan. Heat some oil, then add Ginger garlic paste, onion and saute for 2 mintues than add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, corn and saute it.

Than add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, red chilli flackes and cook for 2 mints on medium flame.

Transfer on a plate. Let it cool down to the room temperature than apply yhe slurry on the opposite edges of each spring and roll the sheets, then fold it put some stuffing on a side then deep fry rolls in hot oil.

Your rolls are ready to serve.
