Ingredients

60 minutes
Serves 5 servings
  1. 2.2 lbsQuang-style rice noodles (about 1 kg)
  2. 10.5 ozsmall shrimp (about 300 grams)
  3. 10.5 ozpork belly (about 300 grams)
  4. 10.5 ozbean sprouts (about 300 grams)
  5. Green onions, shallots, and seasonings
  6. Fresh mint

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the shallots until fragrant, then add the shrimp and stir-fry. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cut the pork belly into strips and stir-fry. Season and cook until the pork is browned, tender, and flavorful.

  3. 3

    Rinse the bean sprouts and quickly blanch them in boiling water.

  4. 4

    Chop the green onions and fresh herbs.

  5. 5

    Combine all the ingredients with the Quang noodles and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed while mixing.

  6. 6

    This noodle salad is especially delicious served with fresh green chili peppers for those who like it spicy.
