Take 2 cups of any pancake mix. Add water slowly little bit at a time till you get smooth batter.

Now in a pan heat some oil. Take any cookies of your choice. Dip the cookies in the batter and coat them completely.

Now put the coated cookie in the heated oil and fry it until it's golden brown from both the sides. Now your cookies are ready.This batch makes 20 to 30 cookies easily.
