  • 2Apples
  • 1Carrot (medium)
  • 1 cupChilled milk
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 2 tbspSweet condensed milk
  • 1 scoopVanila ice cream (optional)

    Cut the carrot into cubes and cook it and mash it in a blender.

  2. 2

    Beat the apples & sugar in a mixer, then add sweet condensed milk.beat all the remaining ingredients (carrot mix, chilled milk) in a mixer 2 min.

  3. 3

    Serve chilled with vanila ice cream on top.
