Masala Corn on the Cob with Chat Masala

This one is light and does not require much cooking either except for boiling. And Corn is a common sight nowadays in the Country. And with Monsoon Season comes this awesome Vegetable in it's best form. Be it a roasted Corn or a boiled one or even a sauteed one in Butter or Ghee, it's always the best. The options are too and many but still boiled one remains the favourite of my family. Boiled Bhutta or Corn slightly sauteed with Butter, Chat Masala and Lemon juice along with little Salt is always a big hit with my folks. So let's begin with the recipe for you all to get a glimpse of it's preparation.

Boil Corns in enough water with little Salt until done. Keep them aside.

Heat butter on a low heat. Place the boiled Corns on the tawa. Add lemon juice and chat masala. Saute them until well coated and slightly browned on all the sides. Keep turning them and remember to do it on a low heat only.

Remove and sprinkle some more of chat masala if desired. Serve these piping hot to your loved ones immediately. It tastes the best when hot. Enjoy!
