My handy little airfryer came with a rotisserie cage, never had one before, it rotates two portions of tall 7” french fries till they are all perfectly airfried on all sides in 40 minutes, no fat or oil frying needed. When we were little, and helped our parents harvest the potatoes by hand, we were allowed to make a fire from the dried potato plant tops in the field and lay fresh potatoes in the ashes to roast and eat with our fingers. A delicacy!This rotisserie cage gives french fries that same roasted flavor, I dont peel the potatoes when I handmake french fries and can assure you they have the same special taste.
