Take a mixing bowl add rava, rice flour, pinch of salt, 1tbs oil, curd / yoghurt and give it a quick mix. And keep it for 5min.

Take a pan add 1tbs oil add grated garlic saute in for a while. Add grated carrot and zucchini, pinch of salt and cook it for 2-3 min. Add Schezwan sauce and mayonnaise to it and give it a mix. Switch of the flame and cool it.

Spread the rice mixture on the greased parchment paper, spread the veggies mixture on the rice dough. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.

Roll it and steam it for 15min. Cut it as a pinwheel. Take a pan add 1 tbs oil add sesseme seeds and fry the pinwheels for 1min. Serve it with spicy chutney.
